Self Pace

Self-paced leaning on your own time and schedule with pre-recorded learning sessions.  Self-paced learning advantages include:

  • Learn at your own pace. Review the content over and over again at your own pace without the pressure that exists in live, virtual classrooms.
  • On your own time. Requires no physical logistics, like scheduling sessions.
  • Less disruptive.   More convenient and provides more efficient use of your time
  • Lower cost.  Less expensive form of training.

Virtual

Virtual instructor led training is hosted via our virtual GoToTraining classroom.  Virtual instructor led training advantages include:

  • Lower cost.  Cuts down on travel and living expenses.
  • Lower carbon emissions. Reduces our collective carbon foot-print.
  • Less disruptive.  More convenient and provides more efficient use of your time.
  • Better retention.  Classes are recorded and stored for 60 days with access as functional support, refresher and/or in case you can’t attend one of the classes.

On Site

​On-site instructor led classroom training at your location.  On-site instruction advantages include:

  • Learn from others. Learning through the interaction between learners and a facilitator in the form of Q&A.
  • Better learning experience. Share ideas, work in groups and debate with your peers. It's also useful for bonding, team building and team problem solving.
  • Avoid external distractions. Controlled space for a fixed period of time, focus on learning without being distracted by competing demands.
  • Less expensive.  Lower cost then off-site instructor led training.

Briefing
Briefings are consultant led one-on-one sessions hosted virtually or at your location of choice.   Briefing advantages include:
  • Personal focus. Leaners have the constant attention of the consultant to focus on their personal learning needs.
  • Confidentiality. Sensitive information can be shared without risk, to better explore actual situations or circumstance as part of the learning experience.
  • Less time constraints. Learners can go at their own pace and not feel pressured by the progress of other students.
